International Women's day | Transformulas

For International Women’s day we decided to shine a light on the strong, inspiring women behind the Transformulas brand and interview these lovely ladies for such an important day in the year for many women across the globe.

The predominantly female team have been working tirelessly on the Transformulas brand and today is a day we chose to celebrate these incredible women! Firstly with Founder and Beauty entrepreneur Rosalind Chapman who has created her ‘beauty WITHOUT surgery’ collection and now with her brand creation business has succeeded in helping business women establish their own brands.

We asked CEO & Founder Rosalind Chapman to say her piece for International Women's Day:

How long have you been in the beauty business?

Rosalind: I have always had a passionate love affair for skincare, formulations

intrigue me my career spans over a decade from late 80's as perfumery and

cosmetic buyer for a large department group. I took the big step and

founded Transformulas in 2003 due to my genuine fear of needles and the need

to empower skin confidence, with effective, results driven "without surgery"

skincare products.

What makes you passionate about skincare?

Rosalind: Beautiful skin begins with exceptional skin care... It is the canvas to your work of art!

I am driven to excite all audiences with the Transformulas skincare products, who like myself want result driven, awe-inspiring skincare that goes the extra mile. Transformulas is very much about me, if it is not good enough for me it is not good enough to be developed. I am precious about my formulas.

I naturally push boundaries to provide instant mood enhancing, skin-confidence results on application and that give long term payback, which Ihave earned a reputation in the industry. I believe I am here to do good.

How does it feel to have created award-winning products that are sold internationally with many fans around the world?

Rosalind: I feel very proud and privileged and have many loyal customers across the globe who are true followers, once they use our products there’s no turning back they say! Transformulas has proven itself as a long-term partner through the airline services and we’ve been flying high since 2006.

Along with Rosalind many more women are to thank for the Transformulas brands growth and success. Colleen, Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Coordinator and General Manager Kirsty also say their piece.
