Transformulas International Ltd reserves the right to alter prices without notice. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may occasionally vary from that shown. Occasionally we may alter the detailed specifications of individual products and we reserve the right to do that without notice.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

2. Ordering Goods
Orders for delivery to UK and EUROPEAN destinations can be placed using the online ordering facilities on this website. It is also possible to order by telephone, or to place orders by post. Please contact our friendly Customer Relationship team on if you wish to purchase by these alternative means. Please have the details of the products, sizes and numbers you wish to order ready, along with your credit/debit card details.
Errors in Placing Orders
You are able to revise and correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘make payment’ at the final stage of the ordering process.

Easy Payment & Security
Once you've browsed our store and decided which items you want to buy, you can choose from a range of Payment Options designed to suit you. Online payments can be made by most major credit and debit cards and you will be guided in entering your details when submitting your details for purchase.
You can relax in the knowledge that your credit card details are safe. For your security, your card details will be processed by SagePay, a secure Payment Provider, (this ensures safe transmission of your personal information using 256-bit full encryption over SSL), and only your email address, contact/delivery details and details of your order will be passed on to Transformulas International Ltd. Transformulas International Ltd has no access to, or record of, the credit card details which you provide when ordering.
In addition, this website is certified by Thawte as an assurance that information is kept private between our website server and your browser. Payment is charged to your card account when it has been processed by SagePay and your order has been acknowledged by Transformulas International Ltd see Acknowledgement. We shall send out a Despatch Note with your order detailing the goods being sent when it leaves our warehouse.
Stock Availability & Delivery Times
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you. Transformulas International Ltd reserves the right to withdraw product lines without notice.
We maintain stocks to ensure that most products are generally available in stock. However, occasionally, if there is an unprecedented demand for certain products, or we are let down by a supplier, your valued order could unfortunately be subject to a short delay. We shall endeavour to despatch all orders in the shortest time possible and apologise for any inconvenience you might be caused.
If the products you have selected are in stock, we will endeavour to despatch your order within two working days. Weekends, bank holidays and warehouse closures do not count as working days. We post details of warehouse closure days on this website.
We use a variety of carriers according to the weight of the order and its destination. In the UK, most orders will be delivered within seven to ten working days, but heavier parcels and/or parcels to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Offshore Islands can take up to five working days. Deliveries to Europe will generally take from ten to fourteen working days according to destination country. Deliveries to some more distant countries can take over fourteen working days. Small, lightweight parcels to the Rest of the World can take seven to ten working days to deliver with larger parcels taking longer according to the carrier used.
On the date of despatch you will receive an e-mail message confirming the date, contents and method of your delivery.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Your Order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible after successful processing of the payment to acknowledge receipt of your order, and payment. At some times, (weekends, Bank Holidays and warehouse closures), acknowledgements may be delayed until the next working day.
When placing your order, you can have it sent, at your own risk, to another address other than that registered with your payment card, for example if you are sending a gift.
If you wish to order goods to be sent to more than one address (for example, part of the order is a gift), the details will have to be entered as two separate orders, with separate delivery charges and discount arrangements. You can avoid this by asking for all the goods to be sent to a single address.
Delivery charges vary substantially depending on the weight of products ordered and the delivery destination, and cannot be refunded unless there has been an error on our part or the goods are defective. All orders are carefully packed with recycled filling materials in suitable cardboard boxes to withstand normal carriage conditions.
Lost & Missing Deliveries
If you believe your delivery is severely overdue, please e-mail our Customer Services and we will take appropriate action. Alternatively you can telephone us on +44 (0) 161 947 8888.
All our products are tested to ensure that they are in good condition when the package is opened for use. Once opened, liquid products can be used for the period indicated by the open jar symbol on the pack. If products are found to be faulty because of a manufacturing defect within that period, we shall replace them free of charge.
This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch if you ring us on or email us at email@example.com & Please quote your order number, email address and address so that we can identify the order.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Sale of goods is subject to English Law including all your statutory rights as a consumer.
Packing & Delivery Charges
The delivery charge is £5.95 (next day delivery) inc VAT, this covers postage, insurance and handling. Overseas addresses will be subject to a basic International postage fee of £6.95 whilst promotion applies
Some deliveries require a signature, please ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery if applicable. In the event that no-one is available, a collection card will be left, so that the goods can be collected from the parcel office.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items so we have the following Returns Policy.
Defective or Damaged Items (e.g.: In-Transit)
If items reach you in a damaged condition, or are defective when initially used, they can be returned for a refund as below, but you should not continue to use them before returning them so as to avoid negating your claim.
Delivery Charges for Returned Goods
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
Returning an Item
If for any reason an item is unacceptable you may return it for a full refund within 14 days, provided the item is in as-new condition and has not been used.
To do this simply email our Customer Services telephone on . Please quote your order number, address, and the items that you wish to return. It is your responsibility to post the package back to Transformulas International Ltd, Transformulas Parkway House Manchester M22 4DB, United Kingdom.
Once it is received, the product will be tested and your card account will then be credited for the full purchase price of the returned items, less the package and delivery charges. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We will send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your return.
Goods purchased through Transformulas Outlet will be replaced with goods of the same value.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our website periodically.
