Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items so we have the following Returns Policy.
Defective or Damaged Items (e.g.: In-Transit)
If items reach you in a damaged condition, or are defective when initially used, they can be returned for a refund as below, but you should not continue to use them before returning them so as to avoid negating your claim.
Delivery Charges for Returned Goods
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
Returning an Item
If for any reason an item is unacceptable you may return it for a full refund within 14 days, provided the item is in as-new condition and has not been used.
To do this simply email our Customer Services (customercare@transformulas.com). Please quote your order number, address, and the items that you wish to return. It is your responsibility to post the package back to Transformulas International Ltd, Parkway House, Palatine Road, Manchester, M22 4DB, United Kingdom.
Once it is received, the product will be tested and your card account will then be credited for the full purchase price of the returned items, less the package and delivery charges. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We will send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your return.
Goods purchased through Transformulas Outlet will be replaced with goods of the same value.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
